How do I translate the scene in and out?

I recently got a new laptop ...with my old laptop I scrolled by dragging my finger alongside the right edge of the mouspad... and it was that operation in Hexagon that brought the scene forward and backward... My new laptop has a 2 finger drag in the middle of the mouspad for scrolling... How do I now do the in and out operation in Hexagon?

    That depends wholly on how you have the touchpad configured in Windows.

    I've not used a laptop for years, I found it impossible to use without a mouse.

    My mouse pad scroll works fine for translating the scene in Bryce it just doesn't seem to do the same thing and Hexagon but that's okay because I can use the translate tool on the bottom toolbar so... Thanks for your consideration
