I use both Daz Studio and Vue 10, I am trying to figure out the best way of exporting from Daz Studio to Vue, I can get the people in Vue just fine, but Clothes and hair textures almost never come out correctly, I am exporting as an object file with collect maps checked, Any advice ?

I can't add to that as that is how I do it. Some manual tweaking will always be needed no matter how or what format you save in.

I have been writing a manual on this for a year now, adding continually. I started this when I started to use DAZ Studio seriously. I have been using Vue for over 10 years now. You can find it on my website of perpetualvisions.com. Two main things I found in exporting OBJs. Often the bump has to be lowered a lot in Vue, but not always. It depends on the texture and sometimes the highlights have to be changed to hits and the strength adjusted. Sometimes I use skinvue but not always. Also your vue light model is important. I have dealt with all of that.

Exporting Collada (dae) with collect maps works well for me in most cases, especially toons like 3d universe. Genesis and super high res textures *SHOULD* be reduced for Vue (1024 max). Also depending on the model, shared UV regions can be a problem. You can fix both of these issues with the DS 4.6 Texture Atlas. Its hidden, must enable toolbar icon via menu options. Be sure to use the weighting tab to increase facial details and organize (auto or drag region) layout UV the way you like it. Works great. Also consider decimating super high poly models if your Vue crawls. Finally if you have it, Poser directly integrates with Vue. You can build your figure and prop scene on a Poser stage, and send it right into the Vue environment and REALTIME update VUE TIMELINE animations and such via POSER controls!
KEY TIP: Must have matching PATCH versions of Vue/Poser ie: Now its Vue 11 and Poser Pro 2012 (Have not tried 2013 w/ Vue 11 yet, but usually Vue announces a patch if it doesn't work).
Same export tips apply to other apps like IClone.
