Poser Custom V3 to Genesis?

Greetings all,

Recent DAZ Studio Pro 4.5 user. I've been playing around with the program and its features for a bit, and now I'm trying to apply a Poser-made morphed Victoria3-based character to Genesis, but it looks like success still eludes me. I'm sure others have been in my situation of wanting to salvage old Poser characters by importing them over to DS.

What I would like to do mostly is to export that character's head onto a Genesis figure. I have V3 in Daz3d as well, the V3 morphs for Genesis, as well the Genesis Generation X plugin with the Gen3 add-on, but I can't find the right way to go about it.

Could anybody help me out of that jam? That'd be awesome.

    Load Genesis into the scene, load the V3 genesis preset, load V3 legacy headmorphs from Gen-X, then apply custom character head morphs.

    I believe that's the correct order.
