Cleanup all nonexistent items

In my time of installing some stuff manually, I have moved stuff to different folders over time and this leads to basically empty icons that do not do anything but do fill up space which is annoying but deleting them one at a time would be more annoying is there a clean all empty button somewhere?

That appears to be a valid file reference (there's no exclamation at bottom-left) which lacks a thumbnail (exclamation in generic frame).

Malus

I have a lot like the above and a lot with exclamations due to me tidying some stuff up that was getting out of hand. I did not expect it to end up with a crap ton of invalid items and such. Is there a way to sort things because everything is in one spot for me. I like manually installing my stuff like a few others here but it never organizes it seems.

You can reset your database and reimport the metadata. Will wipe out any custom categories you set up, though, so I'd make a backup just in case you want to restore it.
