I downloaded the new Daz pro 4.6 program but it doesn't open up with all the files it downloaded like Victoria and other things and the like. According to the DAZ help, the first thing that everyone is having a problem with is that daz pro only downloads My Daz 3D library into the public folder and the public documents making the path wrong. upon suggestion by Daz, they suggest copying "C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library" into the 'Content Directory Manager'. which is a great Idea. The only thing is I cant find the 'Content Directory Manager' in the DAZ program. and I cant get the phone help that they used to give. Can anyone tell me where the 'Content Directory Manager' is in Daz and has anyone else had this problem. I really want to use this program. and like the predecessors before it, its not the easiest program to work with. Please help.

Edit > Preferences > Content Library, bug button at the bottom. Make sure you add the path as both "DAZ Studio Format" and "Poser Format"

I have done that, but there is no option in the preference box that says content library and no other button at the bottom except for the button that says "what's this" when you right clip on it. I don't understand why there is no listing for it at all.

Thanks for showing that attached pic for me. How ever, that is not the same preference box that comes up when I access it. which would explain why I cant find what I need to find. I've attached a snap shot of the Daz desktop as I have it with the preference box that comes up when I click it. I really cant do anything in it. I hope this is helpful to you to helping me.

I suspect you are getting a reduced dialogue because of the layout you are using - try going to Window>Workspace>Select Layout and choosing one of the other options.
