Asymetrical Adjustments to the Eyes and Ear on G8M?

I'm working on a character that needs one eye higher than the other and an ear higher than the other. I could have sworn I could do this on previous models, but I can't find it on the Genesis 8 Male anywhere. Can any one help out here?

    Height morphs are not always done with a "both or either" option. You may have to just use a d-former.

    Dang. Previous models had that option. I wonder why G8 doesn’t.
