Toon Shaders Files Missing? Help!

When I try to load any of the eye shaders from the Subsurface Toon Shaders I get this error message.
Missing Files
/data/DAZ 3D/Genesis/Base/UV Sets/Age Of Armour/Subsurface Anime/AoA Anime Eyes.dsf

Also when I try loading the eyebrows I get this error message.
Missing Files
/data/Age of Armour/Subsurface Anime/AoA_AnimeBrows/AoA_AnimeBrows.dsf

I checked and the files are not there. I have tried downloading and installing the shaders again but get the same result.
All of the other shaders seem to be working fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am running Daz 4.6 pro. Windows 7

That's weird. I've looked into the directory and I have this files.

I'm not using the DIM but I've downloaded the zip files from my account. I unzipped it again to look for this files and it's all there included.

There are two screenshots of My Library and two from the unzipped Zip file thingie.

That's odd, I definitely don't have these folders.
I don't use DIM either, i installed the trx.exe file, version 1.1. Did you by any chance install the previous version v1.0, or also v1.1 ?

Edit : i downloaded the DIM zipfile as well and it does not have a 'data' or a 'daz3d' folder in it, only 'runtime' and 'shader presets'.

I purchased the product upon release and have installed only that version and no update. But I went into my account and downloaded the new files - the 1.1 exe and zip and yep, those data folders are missing from the new installer and newly downloaded zip file. So looks like they forgot to include them when the files where updated.

Thank you for checking that, Puntomaus.
I'll update my bug report with this info, and hope they fix it s**n. Anyway, i can still keep myself occupied for quite a while drooling over how great these new shaders are. :-)

    You're welcome.

I've made a test and simply copied the presets from the new zip over to the folder in My Library and weird enough all the files were identical - time stamp and size and file names. So I have no idea what has been changed other than removing the data folders. I've downloaded the Subsurface Shader base again too and checked if they have probably included the missing data in the base file but nope, they're not in there either.

I have the 1.0 version installed, I used the exe and those files were missing. So I'm wondering if the DIIM or Mac 1..0 versions had them

I also noticed that DAZ came up with 1.1 version for the subsurface shader products that got release. So I'm also wondering if any of the other products have similar bugs.

I have the 1.1 version of SS Toon Shaders and the files are missing. I also have the 1.1 version of SS Shader Base. I just started using these products so I can't really tell if things have changed but it is very obvious that these specific files are missing and I hope they address this soon.

Oops, i just noticed that i accidently filed the bug report as a 'feature' instead of a 'major', and i can't change it's category...
I should probably file a new one.

Here's something really strange, I'm having the exact same problem recently...but I have used the product in a scene once before, one set of the eyebrows, and three versions of different colored eyes, they loaded and everything worked, and that was several days ago almost a week I think, now they are suddenly gone, I think I may have run the update for the Subsurface Toon and installed the newest version and I believe that is what broke it, the old version had the necessary files and the new version for some reason does not, I mean how else could they be there one day, and gone the next?
