Solar System and Earth Moon Bundles

The Solar System Bundle in the store now does not show up as a bundle of separate items when you look at the contents. Does anyone know if the Earth and Moon bundle is just a cut down part of the Solar System Bundle, or is it a more detailed Earth and Moon set?

Also, I assume that these bundles are not re-bundled versions of the FM solar System but does anyone know for sure?

I think that it is safe to say that they are different, since they are made by different PAs.

The Solar System Bundle contains the Earth and Moon Bundle according to the description text of it. Both are by the same PA.

The FM Solar System is a whole different product by another PA.

And Flipmode's Solar System has Pluto -- Juice3d's Solar System Super Bundle doesn't. Poor Pluto, sad little planet-that-was. Rodney McKay was right -- NdGTyson made a lot of little kids cry.

Anyone know if this vendor used to sell under Poser Science?

He made a lot of us big kids cry too. Pluto will always be a planet to me :)

I'm tempted just to get the Hubble and ISS models... the other models look quite good, too, even though there are other planet sets out there (and I have some of them). The Sun model is particularly nice. :)

Maybe this vendor would consider modeling a Stanford Torus? Or even a Nautilus-X? Pretty please? :D

+1! I actually am holding off a little bit, grumbling about that, with this solar system. It's very nice looking, but to include asteroids and satellites, but not our own well-loved Dwarf Planet seems wrong. Fine, include Ceres and Eris as other dwarf planets, to be complete. Even the other two (whose names I never remember) if you HAVE to, but don't leave out Pluto.

I'll probably pick it up anyway, as it looks like it's got an amazing amount of work in it. But I'll continue to grumble...

Can we get an 'dwarf planet' expansion up in this here solar system...? :)

Sedna and... ok, I have to look the other one up (how embarrassing!)

According to Wikipedia, "The IAU currently recognizes five dwarf planets in the Solar System: Ceres, Pluto, Haumea, Makemake, and Eris." But only Pluto and Ceres have enough detailed observations to make good models, probably.

For my money, if an astronomical body has a moon, it's enough of a planet for me. ;)

Edited to add: Quaoar is the unofficial dwarf planet I was thinking of.

I would pay good money for a Poser/Daz-ready version of a Stanford Torus... and a bit moe if it had a Don Davis interior

Toss a few of the larger asteroids onto the list - there are plenty of maps of Vesta and Mathilde, after all.
