Skirt Frames for use with applying D-Force to older dresses and skirts

Draping skirts that were modeled to immidate those with certain kids of framing underneath (hoops, paniers, bustles) is going to loose any shaping to accomodate those elements.  A group of frames can help maintain those forms while still allowing any other benefits someone may want by draping these older products.

I know there are a couple of frame dresses already in the store, but these are designed as part of the outfit/look and may not be suitable for use with other outfits.
