Problem with Content Library tab

Ever since I installed Daz Studio 4.10, I notice that I sometimes lose the contents of the Content Library tab.  The window itself is there, but none of the libraries nor the Categories appear.  I cannot re-create the situation - it just simply happens sometimes.  I exit D/S, reopen it, and all is well again. 

Also, sometimes, the scroll bar at the bottom of the Content Library window disappears, and I cannot get to the right beyond whatever appears - depending on the width of the Content Library window I happen to have.

In other words, "things" are a bit unstable.  I have D/S version 4.10.0.123, run Windows 10 64-bit. Has this happend to anyone else?

The totally blank pane is known (as in DAZ knows it happens but not neccessarily why) problem.  It often can be fixed without having to close Studio by changing to a different workspace layout then back again.
