First off where are you looking for the content?
Does it show up in the Content Libarary (not SMART CONTENT)?
Did DIM install them to a different location? If so does Daz Studio know where to look for them?

The easiest way to find out where your objects are installed to, is using the DIM. Look on the tab that has your installed items, then select the item you are interested in, and right click on it. Select "Installed Files" from there, and a pop up window will tell you exactly what has been installed, and to where.

I am looking in both content panes. The smart content and the one in the right and no luck. I did a search in both content panes and came out with zip. I did download the upgrade to DIM into programs(86) and then change them to the regular program folder and still nothing. And the items that does not show are the last 5 I bough. Everything else is fine

Ok now we are getting somewhere...I think. Ok the install of DIM should have no bearing on the situation, or it's location I mean.

The only thing that comes to mind is the folder structure of the Zipped files. If somehow that are in an nested folder in the content folder on your Hard Drive. That is the next place to look if this was my issue. I haven't installed and Zip folders yet so I am a little unsure what structure they are in now.

You should be able to see the Boots and Belt by going to the Content Library (Not Smart Content) and selecting DAZ Studio Formats-> My DAZ 3D Library->People->Genesis->Clothing->SuperSuit

The Cape can be found in DAZ Studio Formats-> My DAZ 3D Library->People->Genesis->Clothing->SuperCape

In Smart Content if you have Genesis selected the boots are under Wardrobe->Shoes->FemaleBoots or MaleBoots. The belt is under Accessories->Waist->SuperBelt.

The Cape will show up in Smart Content under Wardrobe->Outerwear->SuperCape but only if you DO NOT have Genesis selected.

If you're not seeing them in these locations then it's possible you got a bad install. I'd delete it using the DIM and then let it redownload and install again.

The new DIM zips contain a file called manifest.dsx and a folder called Content. If you're manually installing you can ignore the manifest.dsx file as that is basically metadata for DIM itself. You can NOT just copy the Content folder to your runtime but you need to copy what's in that Content folder to your runtime. For example under somezipfile.zip->Content I have 2 more folders People and Runtime. I need to merge the People and Runtime folders into the directory where I store my content (In the example here he has it in C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library)

Hopefully that's at least as clear as mud [smiley if they ever start working again]

I did read a day or so ago that Zip files now have a folder called Content but not seen it myself I was unsure. This is going to mess with people's heads. For us old timers it should be ok but anyone new to this will have a nightmare. (inserts shaking head smilely)

I can not find the items at all. They aren't where they are supposed to be. I even removed the items using the DIM and then reloading them again and nothing. I went to the DAz folder in the content pane and nothing. I even did a search for the items and only the supersuit appears but neither of the 5 items I bought can't even be found. The DIM says they are installed but I can not see them for the life of me.

Did you look in the DIM where I mentioned to see where they were installed to?

If the installation path contains the word 'Runtime', then you will find the items in Content Library > Poser Formats

With the path that the DIM gives you, it should be easy enough to find them. Can you give an example of something that you cannot find, along with the path that the DIM gives you, and I will tell you how to find it?
