Doesn't seem like it today, but I won't be surprised if they do the same thing they did for A5. They could release a new extra bundle that has more stuff in it in a week or two.

The Genesis 2 Female head and body morphs are not included in the Victoria 6 bundles, no. They're not required to use V6, but as always, are must-haves for anyone using the Genesis 2 Female.

Not including the head and body morphs for a pro bundle, making some of the content of the pro bundle unusable is what I call a serious error.

DAZ knows that leaving out the head/body morphs will make the average customer spend a little extra money and buy them. Especially since one of the products in V6's pro bundle needs them to work. Extra incentive to make sure a little more extra money is spent.

It's all about money. A serious error, yes. But they don't care.

And that why I'm not buy this weekend. I'll wait and the free stuff is not good stuff if I don't know what I getting. It must likely something I have. So they can miss $100.00 sale until the pro suite come out.

All it did for me is put me off buying any of it.

"Always the dollars. Always the f****n' dollars."

That quote was one of the first thing that came to my mind when I realized V6 was happening :D

Were also almost that characters last words....

The fact that DAZ has been making a habit of doing this seems as though it would spark more complaining, not less, what with the gripes last time having been so obviously ignored.

I think you are misremembering, or misinterpreting what I meant.. The only difference this time is that V6 has been released at the same times as V5, so people are not remembering the fact that the morphs for Genesis were sold separately, as is the case again this time. Genesis 2 is free as was Genesis , so the morphs are a paid for add on. The morphs are for Genesis 2, not for V6 or any future generation 6 females that may come out such as Steph 5 or A5 did. You would be even more upset if the morphs were bundled with each character release bundle, so you had to purchase them again and again, instead of buying them once, as you can in this case and could with V5.There were characters for V5 that required the morphs in the Pro bundle as well.

If they included them in the V6 bundle then they would surely need to include them in the (hypothetical) Aiko 6 Bundle or Stephanie 6 Bundle, which would lead to complaints from people having to "purchase the same products more than once". In any event the morphs, like V6, are for Genesis 2 Female rather than for V6, it's just that they are required for certain characters as G2F is for the whole lot.

But you have V5,M5,V4 and M4 pro suite that include the morphs packs in the bundles. if you can buy the pro suite with all product needed first than buy the pro bundle as each add-on character comes out. hopeful it save some money for the customer also and that makes them happy.

And maybe there will be a Pro Suite for V6, and future G2 characters, but I suspect they may want more content before putting one of those together (as I was reminded the other day, the V5 pro Suite didn't appear immediately but the later M5 Pro Suite did come out with the M5 base)..

Of course. I see plenty of reasons to keep the morphs separate, and I would defend DAZ's right to sell whatever sorts of bundles they want until the end, even if it made no sense at all. I'm just saying that "well they did it before" is hardly a reason for people to stop complaining, because novelty is not what's being complained about. If they feel having separate morph packs is an issue, pointing out that morphs also got sold separately before just stokes the fire.

That's a pretty major difference, actually, and the main reason for the complaints.

The store, however, doesn't look like it ever heard of Genesis 2. This is very obviously a big Victoria 6 release, and it can't come as a surprise to anyone that those morphs are perceived as Victoria 6 content. DAZ themselves put them in the Victoria 6 category.

I have no issue with have morphs separate on some of the bundles, but I do have issue with bundles that have product that you NEED another product that NOT in the bundles. If you going to bundle products include all product NEED or they should have the bundles with Required Products Tag. It be easy to just have the PRO Suite that includes the morphs just like V4,V5, M4 and M5 does.
