DAZ does not want to "remember me"?

Seriously, for the past few days I keep getting logged out... so today for the second time I went to log in and I noticed there is no longer a "remember me" button... Which never actually worked well for my account info, but at least I did not have to keep logging in for the forums.

This site has never kept me logged in, which is quite annoying. Luckily FireFox remembers my credentials and auto-fills in my username and password so I only have to click "sign in". But still, it would be very convenient if they offered an option (and one that worked) to keep you logged in.
Well, in the past my customer account would have to be logged into again each time I left DAZ, but as far as I know that was the same for everyone, since the "remember me" feature would only work with the forums... but up until recently I was able to stay logged in to the forums.
I suppose though something has changed because when I do log in, I always get an invalid message notice from Safari... But if I then go and click on the bookmark for the forums, I find that the log in went through.
I assume this is only affecting me, since nobody else has asked about it.
I have tossed my cookies and cleared my cache, that did not work... its all good though... I like typing in my user email address and password at random intervals, it makes me smile.
Oh well.
It's doing the same for me when logging in from the forums (from the store works properly). I'm also using Safari.
...there is a separate Forums sign-in page, but I haven't seen it for over eight months now. Must have been lost in the "clouds".
Crikey, over thirteen months and this site is still not running on all cylinders. Magento still has yet to impress me. (and even the bleedin' underline code still doesn't work).
Things were so much better back in the days of Band Aids, rubber bands, playing cards, and chewing gum. At least we still had filters, galleries, vouchers, cool smileys, and could stay signed in as long as we wanted to.
