Studio 4.6 nice splash screen, and?

Ya, that is as far as it get. It never loads. Slash screen comes up and.........
20 minutes later I try to kill it; doesn't want to go down easy. Ended up having to reboot my comp.

I uninstalled CMS and studio is stuck contacting CMS. I'm trying to fix it from my end but if studio wont ruin with out CMS, it's uninstalled and off my comp.

    I'm glad I am sort of an old pro at this.
    Reinstalled Studio 4.6, ran it, ran C8.5. Uninstalled CMS. Now studio 4.6 is running correctly. I can only assume I had to run C8.5 before uninstalling CMS to get studio to open right.

    Don't want to know lol
