Bought Victoria 6 Pro but no freebies available

Hi, I purchased the Victoria 6 Pro bundle yesterday. The freebies you're meant to be able to get aren't free. I thought I'd give it a day to register, and today it says that I've missed yesterdays freebie. The one from today still costs the full amount. Can someone help?
I'd really like the freebies, which were the main reason for why I bought the V6 Pro bundle so early on.

I just noticed it says that the price will be set to zero at checkout. Very misleading as it's different every time. So I got today's item but I've missed the one from yesterday. I'm gutted - I really wanted it!
Raise a Support ticket with the help desk about your problem, they may be able to help.
When you put an itme into your cart, and look at it, you are only looking at the Quick cart, when you go through the Checkout process, any discounts are then applied, it has been like that for some time now. You do not need to click on the final checkout button if the discount does not apply as you think it should.
Same here, put yesterdays in my cart, no discount, on checkout.
left it there to email support, but now it is gone..
Todays is same issue, no discount, stays full price :(
I have this issue too, although yesterday's items worked fine.
OK, for some reason today's one just dropped in price from $11.87 to $5.93, and the discount now works.
so got that one, but still missed day 2 because of this :(

I have noticed that the store randomly logs me out which makes any discounts I might have got for whatever reason disappear from items. It just happened.
The quick cart has been like that for a while, not showing the correct order total when odd discounts are available, such as discounts dependent on if you bought something else previously. I don't trust the quick cart total and go straight to the full shopping cart when I want to see my order's total.
If you missed an item because of the confusing cart behavior I would contact sales support. They need to make that footnote much more obvious because THIS is the only site I have seen that sort of behavior.

but reading this, I had some strange behavior, some time ago.
I can't recall it was in IE, Chrome, or FF, but I removed cookies and history, and that fixed most of the cart/login problems for me.
Don't know if this will fix it for you, but it might me worth a try :)
I have seen that the quick card does not reproduce the amount that must be payed, if there are automatic discounts.
Only in your shopping cart the discounts / price changes are calculated and the total price will be affected.
For example I had the 3rd day item this morning in my quick cart for $11.87.
In my cart it was still $11.87, when I looked again later in the day, my quick cart total was changed to $5.93.
When I looked at the shopping cart, a discount for $5.93 appeared , at that time shopping and quick cart changed tot a total of $0.00
Also this will be done at checkout, so it is possible you pay less at checkout than was announced in quick cart.
I hope this explains better how discounts works in both quick and shopping cart.

Yeah me too. It was a bit anticlimactic to see an old PC freebie there today. Lots of people are bound to have it already. I just hope they're gonna make it worth the money for the rest of the freebies. After all they say "it will practically pay for itself". Let's see ...
yep, I already own it too. Oh well. Now a morph pack for V6 would be kind of handy. (although I have to admit I tried her in poser and she is too slow to be really useful to me with dson once i put clothes on her).
I bought the first day and have had no problems. You need to just checkout and it goes to zero. As far as the freebies they have been worth it for me. And candidly I would have bought any way without any freebies.
Agree with OP. Missed the fine print the first day thinking that the product would show up in Download Manager. Was a little torqued about that. Missed yesterday's because it wouldn't zero out at checkout. Not overly happy with all the hoop-jumping. If DAZ really wanted to give us this stuff as a bonus for buying V6, why not just give it to us. Yeah, I know this way there's a possibility we'll buy something we missed at full price later, but jeez. Between this and discount codes that don't work half the time I think I need to start looking elsewhere for content.
Bottom line, you want to do something nice, then do something nice. Don't attach a bunch of strings and conditions to it.
Do I get a freebie the day I purchase? Are the freebies the Victoria 6 items? I purchased the Pro Pack and tried two different items going all the way to one click from paying and there is no discount.
Ya buy the V6 Pro Bundle first. After completing the purchase go to the Promotions page and you'll see the current freebie towards the bottom of that page. Cart the day's freebie and go though the check out process. There should see a discount amount above the Grand Total line that will net out the order to $ .00.
Just make sure you're logged into the store, otherwise the store won't know its you and apply the discount. And for heaven's sake, make sure you "buy" each day's freebie before midnight DAZ Time (Mountain Time)!!
OK, thanks. Unfortunately for me, I already purchased this back in November. No freebie today. I hope the rest are not things I already have. It would be nice if they gave us a list to choose from.

Bought V6 Pro yesterday. Today I put 'Living Room Collection' in my cart (I'm logged in). But the price stays $6,98 even when I get on the Paypal payment page...

What date and time did you try and buy the Living Room Collection? Were you logged into the store when you carted the product? The freebies are only good for 24 hours starting at midnight Mountain Time (Utah). As soon as the store pages update 24 hours later at midnight Mountain time, the prior day freebie is no longer free. To be safe, you should buy the freebie as soon as you see it and not wait until the last minute where you may miss the cutoff time.
I'm perplexed why you didn't buy it yesterday after you bought the V6 Pro Bundle?

There is a different one every day, and it all started on the day that the V6 Pro Bundle was released. If you buy the bundle today, for example, you will get today's free item, and all of the free items till the end of the month. You cannot choose which items you want, and nobody knows what they will be until they are displayed on the page I gave you a link to.

Thanks for your replies. I was able to download 'The Loading Dock' today, but from a link someone posted, it's not visible in my 'Hot Promotions' page. I guess it's due to the time difference.
