Cannot download Genesis 2 Female

Wondering how I can download Genesis 2 female. I found the item in my product library but seems there is only the DIM option, which I cannot use because I download all my content from a public computer and then take home to install.

    You can still download it, it's just a zip file. When you get home you can either put it in the DIM downloads folder, or just extract it manually (make sure you extract what's INSIDE the folder named "Content", don't copy the folder named "Content" itself).

    IF you go to your Product Library you should see this for Genesis 2

    The blue download button is for manual downloads, the green for using the DIM

    Thanks. I think I'll be a newbie at this stuff forever unless there's instructions for everything!
