Charm Hair: Genesis Compatible?

The store page for Charm Hair lists its "Compatible 3D Figures" as Genesis and Genesis 2 Female. Everything else on the page mentions only G2F. Is it actually Genesis-compatible, or is this a mistake? I'd rather know before I buy.

    Genesis 2 only. It sort-of fits Genesis in a weird workaround way, but it certainly doesn't appear to be designed for it and doesn't show up in the compatible hairstyles for Genesis as it does with Victoria 6.

    All four of the new Genesis2 hairs can be treated like prop hair when used with Genesis. When you apply the hair with Genesis selected, just hit the cancel button when the Autofit window pops up and the hair will land pretty much on Genesis' head. Now parent the hair to Genesis' head.

    One caveat of parenting hair to Genesis, the arms may not move when you apply a pose. If that happens, I pose the figure with the hair parented so the hair moves with the Genesis. Unparent the hair, then re-apply the pose to pose the arms. If you're going to move Genesis, make sure you re-parent the hair back to the head.

    All four new hairs have adjustment and styling morphs. Pictures shows hairs on Victoria 5, Aiko 5 and Julie YT

    Udane Hair has a Genesis hair in the Genesis hair folder in addition to one in the G2F folder. :) And the hair is lovely!

    Good to know! I can't buy it right now but I'll definitely buy it later to use with Genesis. :)
