Simple G2 question

OK, I can not find this info even though I have been told I have posted to threads with this info. I'm sure I'm just reading past it or over looking it. All I can find so far is people saying how bad Genesis 2 is and people telling them they are wrong.
So where is this info that explains why genesis 2 is so superior to genesis 1.?

The only information I've found that can be considered directly from DAZ is the blurb on the ad page. A thread was started on the members only forum after the accidental release of Candice a week before G2F and V6 were released. There were the obligatory pics which turned out to be promo pics. Most of the information is coming from vendors. Ann has made a few posts.
According to the ad blurb, it's better because it has more polys, some improvement to the Triax rig and because of the gender split it will allow vendors to make better gender specific clothing. Oh, and it has a separate jaw. Might be more but I'm really not all that into bullet lists ala PowerPoint which is what it reminds me of.
Actually MallenLane, who is the creator, has been posting in several of the threads about Genesis 2 and V6 including, but not restricted to, his own thread.
He did explain in one of the threads just what some of the improvements were,
Why is there no official announcement thread? I know there is the one in Member's Only and the one you mentioned but...this is not what I would have expected for the release of a new base and essentially what seems to be a new generation.
icprncss, didn't Genesis already have a separate jaw (both upper and lower)?
Well after reading through 5 threads on the subject I have come to the conclusion if I want to continue to participate on this forum I will have to withhold my opinion and step away from this.
My genesis 1 has a bone for both the upper and lower jaw. However, I just tried moving the lower jaw VIA the bone(using the up/down and side/side parameters), and nothing happened whatsoever. Works on G2 though. Guess someone forgot to connect the bones up to the mesh or something in G1
yes her jaw is rigged
the other figures only had the teeth rigged
means you can do boned facial animation in other apps like iClone (which I have) or 3dxMax, Maya or Cinema 4D presumably using the fbx or collada export
thinking Unity and Unreal etc game engines with the developer's license might be a market they (Daz) are tapping!
It looks like the original Genesis jaw is articulated, but not all that much better than in the earlier DAZ figures. The G2 jaw articulation isn't perfect, but it's a lot closer to what you'll find in your very own personal anatomy. It's certainly easier to get a very-wide-open mouth look in G2 using a little bit extra jaw rotation in addition to the usual morphs.
