Cube 2 as a 3D scenery maker
I'm not sure if this is the right section for this. If it is not, please move this to the appropriate place.
I have to admit, I don't know how to build 3D objects or scenery from scratch. However, I discovered something. I play a free game called "Cube 2 Sauerbraten." It is a FPS, but it's main draw is as a real-time level editor. You use cubes (vaguely similar to minecraft, but WAY better) to build the maps. I found out one day, while going through online documentation, that you can turn your created map into an .obj file. I decided to make a map in Cube 2, make it into and .obj, and import it into DAZ studio. It worked! However, being imported at 100% scale, I needed to upscale it to be the right size for my model. But it turned out nice. If you want to see an example, check out page 19 of the "Introduce yourself" thread.
