Bought V6 pro why am I being charged for the freebie???

Got the first freebie, next two greyed out then last night got one and now today they are trying to charge me for it?? Called support this morning and still waiting for a return call. Not happy. Been buying here since the zygote days and probably won't be buying anymore. Waiting to find out if they are going to make this right if not getting a refund and calling it quits with these guys.

Are you logged into the store when doing this? Despite being able to post on the forum, you might be logged out of the store.
Yes logged in each time double checked because that was the first thing I thought of too. 4 hours still no call from Daz and I will miss the window to get it free once again because of poor support.
have you got as far as placing it in your cart -that's where it is meant to show as free, not on the store page.
Yes put it in my cart because I thought it might change to free once it was there but stayed the same price. If this doesn't get dealt with by the end of the Daz day I will miss yet another one, already missed two because they were greyed out on the days they were supposed to be free.
It will still show up as full price in the cart; did you check the total at the bottom?
Just checked the total is $10 and change more so it is still charging, and that isn't the only problem there are two items that were greyed out the days they were supposed to be free so missed them as well, frustrating the say the least.
Worked late last night got it to go to the point where it was free and the one today went through as well. Now if you could address the issue of the two that were greyed out the day they were supposed to be free.
The free items are only available for a day, and when the day starts and ends would be DAZ time (Utah)..
If you feel that you should have had these items for free, you will need to open a Support ticket, and ask Sales to sort it out for you.
You only get the free items beginning on the day of purchase of the Pro Bundle. If you purchased it last Friday when it was released you would have been entitled to all of them. The only issue seems to be that the buyer is responsible for going to the page, clicking on the free item, placing it in their cart and checking it out.
If you purchased yesterday, you would have only been entitled to yesterday's freebie according to the terms DAZ set up. Several buyers have missed days but I don't know what of if DAZ will do anything about that.
I bought it the first day and got that free item, checked the next two days and the items for those days were greyed out, like they were already gone even though I checked in the afternoon when they should have still been good and check both days, then the next day was no problem then yesterday had and issue but was finally resolved, and got today's. I don't know why they were greyed out, they shouldn't have been because I already owned the main product and went in on the day they were supposed to be there. Figured there was a glitch and since my husband was ill to be honest I was more concerned with him those two days. Still no call and no email showing a resolution for this. I will be slowing way down on Daz purchases which is probably a good thing anyway as I will have more money to spend on the next version of Maya. I already contacted support about this but apparently they are getting slammed by other users. Not going to lose any sleep over this, pretty much figured by now that my money is not that important to Daz. Been with them since they were Zygote, and have beta tested for them up to V4.
When you went to the page the second day do you remember if the date was listed in the box or if it had something to the effect of "sorry you missed it"?
If the date was showing, you needed to refresh the page as what you were seeing was a cached page from your browser.
If you opened a ticket from Zen Desk, you will need to give them 3 to 5 business days to respond to the ticket. I doubt they'll call you about it.
A friend put in a support ticket yesterday and it was solved today, that was a refund request.
Tried refreshing, logged in twice each day to make sure that wasn't it. It didn't say I missed it. I think there was a glitch the same with the one I tried to order the other day and it listed a price all the way to the end where you hit the last button. That was finally solved. I'm done with this if they make it right..great..if not i'm not going to lose sleep over it.
What refunds I have requested have taken about a day but that's pretty straightforward. Depending upon how much information is given in the ticket and how many tickets there are in relation to a particular subject can be a factor in how soon you get a response. In the past, I've been told by CS to give tickets 3 to 5 business days.
