Pok-away and Carrara

Hi,

I bought Pok-Away (in 2015), but I never used it.
I do not know how to use this thing in Carrara.
Yet, in the description, it says that it works with Carrara, but I do not see anything in the menu marked Pok pok or pok
Do you know how to use this thing in my favorite software?

j'ai acheté pok, mais je ne l'ai jamais utilisé.
Je ne sais pas comment utiliser ce truc dans Carrara.
Pourtant, dans le descriptif, il est dit que cela fonctionne avec Carrara, mais je ne vois rien dans le menu marqué Pok pok pok
Savez-vous comment utiliser ce truc dans mon logiciel préféré ?

poke away not pok

and its under the parameters 

I find soft select in the vertex room more preciseas it shrinks whole areas so if any parts exposed by clothing they look oddand withered

I use both Poke Away and Wendys method.

in fact, I used it without knowing it.
But that does not work with all the clothes.
