Various shaped parking lots fully marked.

Usual parking lot stuff, lights, grocery carts, trash

There is also the Moonshine's Drive-In Movie Theatre with space for cars, and it looks like Family Night for Family Car 1950 consists of a walk-in movie theater to park your car in front of, and moving away from movies, the Deco Diner has its own parking area out front.  There's probably more places with parking, but those are the ones I could think of off the top of my head.

Edit: There's also the 1950s' Era Motel and the 1970's Era Motels having lots of parking spaces.

Edit2: FirstBastion also makes a Hospital and a Police Department to park in front of.
