I/O Error has occured while executing

What the heck does that mean? I just built a new skin shader for V4, that is what it keeps telling me when I try to save it to my browser.

    hmm, I used to get it when I tried to save a car file that had a texture selected in the shader room, but acvtually didn't point to any texture.
    maybe it's something to do with that?
    can you save the ordinary car file?

    Yeah, i saved it and quit a few times to see if it was some weird memory error. It looks like all the textures are plugged in properly.

    What version of Carrara and what OS?

    carrara 8.5 build 204 64bit on win7 64bit.
    One thing that always bugged me was the stupid error messages in carrara lol. It would be like windows popping up and saying "Hey something aint right, sorry" then restarting lol.
