Purchases no longer providing the installers listed on the invoice?
I am not if this is the case, but my last two purchases have both not included manual installers, although these files where included in on the invoice. The result has been requests to the help desk to provide the correct installers, but I can't help wonder if DAZ is simply no longer offering the manual installation rout at all.
Some of the previous posts suggest this is the case, and if so, this is a game changer for me. I've far too much legacy content (going back to poser 7 days) installed and no intention of messing with this aged (and well-known) structure.
Can someone please confirm that the manual installers previously available will no longer be offered - and that the invoices and product documentation will be upgraded to reflect this. If this is not the case, has anyone else been having these issues?

If you want to install manually then go to Your account dashboard by using the button top right on the top line of the forum, and then go to your product library.
You will then be able to pull up your latest products from the menu on the left hand side of the screen and will then get a choice of Manual or DIM install. THe Blue button are for the manual install.
However do note that most products now are provided in zip format, not exe installers, as the EXEs are being phased out gradually.
Thanks for the response. That's pretty much what I figured. Dang shame: I not all that enamored with the DIM.
However, Daz needs to get the product descriptions and invoices to match what is being delivered.
