Where to find V6?

The Daz installer shows it installed but can only find addon stuff for her. Maybe I just need more coffee? I'm installing using the installer to the default directories, same with studio and most stuff I try to use even after refreshing shows missing items.

    In Smart Content she will appear under Default:Figures:People:Female:Real World
    In Content Library under DAZ Studio Formats:My Library:People:Genesis 2 Female:Characters

    Refreshed again and after installing again she is not under the Smart Content, only Stephanie 5 and Riley for Stephanie 5 what the heck am I doing wrong? Found her in the Content Library but when I load her up I get a bunch of squares. Since I loaded studio 4.6 a lot of my content is missing....sigh....

    Did you install Genesis 2 Female Starter Essentials?

    And do you have Install Manager and DS looking at the same location? The default locations are different.

    Logically the default would be the same. Weird some things install fine and others come up with part of the model and missing other pieces? This is not where they are supposed to download to?
    Current Download Path:
    Location = C:/Users/Public/Documents/DAZ 3D/InstallManager/Downloads
    Current Content Install Path:
    Location = C:/Users/Public/Documents/My DAZ 3D Library

    If you are getting squares when loading V6, then something is not installed to the correct folder, and it is usually the 'data' folder.

    If you used DIM to install these items, then the path you gave is correct.

    Current Content Install Path:
    Location = C:/Users/Public/Documents/My DAZ 3D Library

    That is where all of my content is installed to as well. But, you MUST make sure that that path to the My DAZ 3D Library is listed as a DAZ Studio Formats folder in the Content Directory manager.

    Go to Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager, and make certain that it is listed correctly. It would help if you could post a screenshot of your expanded listings for both DAZ Studio Formats and Poser Formats, so that we can see if there are any problems with how these folders are listed.

    Sorry yes did intstall the genesis 2 essentials when I installed v6.

    Thank you!!! That was the problem, it was pointing to the wrong directory in studio. Now the work begins. Appreciate the patience and knowledge.
