cannot install animate 2. error message THE INSTALLATION PATH FOR DAZ STUDIO COULD NOT BE FOUND

I have tried installing it in different directories including PLUGINS and the root directory. where exactly is it supposed to go ? it was choosing the products folder by default but that also wasn't working.

    You have no need to install Animate 2 at all.

    Which version of DAZ Studio are you uisng? Animate 2 has been part of the DS main install for some time now, all that you need to do, is to go to Help > About Installed Plugins, and enter the serial number for Animate 2 there. The version that comes with DS4.6 is Animate 2 Lite, but it converts to the full version on entering a valid serial number.

    If you are using DAZ Studio 4 Animate 2 is already isntalled, you just need to enter the serial number (via help>About Installed Plugins) to turn it from the Lite version to the full version.
