feature request for DIM

Because I have a lot of my content in external runtimes it is time consuming when using DIM and sometimes hard to remember, to create a short cut, navigate to it, name it and then remember to select it. It's okay if say I'm installing a whole lot of V6 items to one spot, but suppose they are multiple outfits and characters for M4 that I want in my different runtimes. I would rather be able to just navigate there without creating and naming a shortcut. That would be much quicker.
Also if one creates anew shortcut I think it should automatically be selected upon creation.

    I hae made so many mistakes with this and wrecked several of my runtimes. If i notice I can run the uninstallers. I just keep picking the wrong folders because when I create a path I keep thinking that the path is selected but it isn't.
