ZevO special not working for me

I am trying to purchase the current special deal by buying the shapeshift bundle and then the toecontrol.
When I look in the ZevO lis of products the prices are listed as on special. However as soon as I put them into my cart the price goes back to normal price and no discount.applies. And yes I am logged in. . . .
Does anyone else have this issue or know what is going on?
Some help here would be most appreciated
