Advice on creating a male character for Genesis using a V4 morph

I am trying to create a male character using a morph for V4 I transferred with GenX. The problem I have is that the breasts looked like they were slightly imploded. Is there a way to just morph the head while leaving the rest of the body at default?

Edit: this is the second time I created this thread. I'm not sure if this thread is even showing up in the forums. When I look in the Commons, I don't see either threads there. Sorry if there is a double post of this thread.

    Create a 2nd morph via GenX. When you transfer it and do the right click > transfer on for all non-zero values, go back through and UNCHECK anything dealing with the body and leave only the head (or head and neck) dials.
