Tired to try to adapt V3-V4 shoes on Genesis!

It's time to fix or create a "shoes converter" to use old version shoes with Genesis

Most of clothes are too much follow skin surface, especially for men;
Need more space between skin and clothes

Something like 'push modifier' but under the clothes affect distance from the skin
Very useful for secondary clothes like vest up to underwear
