Is there something wrong with the shopping cart ?

All the Platinum Club items are displaying as $6.99 instead of $1.99, plus I have not received a Platinum email yet for my monthly coupon?

    You will need to contact Support, you are not showing as a Platinum Club member at the moment. You membership has run out, or there has been an error, only Support can sort it out for you.

    The PC monthly coupon is the same format every month, and it is stickied at the top of the Members forum I believe.
