Error writing morph with GenX

Error I get:

GenX - Transferring morphs.
Loading Genesis geometry ...
Applying Genesis morphs ...
Preparing figure geometry.
Mapping figure to Genesis.
Transferring morph: RMSarahV4H
Transferring morph: RMSarahV4N
Error writing morph: V4_Custom_1
Transfer complete.

Which means it didn't work by the looks of it. I can provide screenshots if needed but any help resolving this problem would be adored.

I have tried using Lori, RM Sarah, and a few others and all of them get the same result.
