There is an 'Ethnic' instrument freebie here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/512431/mbira-kalimba-musical-instrument-prop/p1, it's a very dumb prop of an Mbira/Kalimba.

Another basic one is the Jews/Jaws/Mouth Harp freebie here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/525351/mouth-harp-freebie/p1. Once again a dumb prop, but with a wearable preset to make posing easier.

I confess that I can't get music out of either. But then I can't get music out of anything even though I want to, being uttely impervious to rhythm, beats or anything similar. For me, time is in seconds not bars, notes are in Hertz not octaves, and I simply can't find an arty side of me when it comes to music.

    Regards,

    Richard

Just out of curiosity,  any chance we might see some indigenous instruments from around the world?

A pan pipe would be comically easy to make, actually.

Actually true.  Maybe as a pack of assorted similar instruments,  because I'm still not inclined to have to make one, although I could probably do it in lightwave in a night.

    . . . Might be good practice at that. . .

I've got a mandolin in the works, I roughed out a banjo a while back, and I've been thinking about making a rigged pedal steel.

Thank you! It is one of my favourite works.
