Missing References in Content Manager After Computer Crash

My computer restarted in the middle of the night last night (possibly due to a power outage, though I'm not sure). Daz was open when it restarted and I had been working on some categorizing (I've been doing a lot of that lately as I'm having to re-categorize everything). Unfortunately, much of what I categorized is neither in the uncategorized section or the categorized stuff I put them in. I tried selling it to search through known directories, but it didn't find the files I had categories. The folders the references were in are still there in the uncategorized section, but the references are not in them. Anyone have any idea how to fix it?
Thanks

I posted a similar question in this thread: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/25053/. It appears that CMS does not like hardware crashes.
I don't see anything in that thread talking about computer crashes and missing items in CMS. BTW, when I do a search for the missing items, (at least in the few cases where I know a term that all of those items contain) they show up in the search and are listed as existing in the uncategorized section though when I go there they aren't there. It's really weird. I REALLY don't want to have to go back and re-categorize everything from square one gain...
I just wanted to add one more thing. I can't add categories that I created before and placed things into that are now missing. It seems that there's a bunch of fantom stuff. Things that exist during a search, but don't exist when I look for them. Things that stop me from creating a category (perhaps because it's already there?) but don't show up when I look for them. It's really bizarre.
I've also noticed that now when I categorize stuff, it doesn't automatically disapear from the unassigned category. Really weird.
