We got the Skeleton and Muscle Maps, so these parts could be back too.

    An update to the V4/M4 bits and pieces would be nice; I've had successes ranging from dismal to non-existent converting them to later Genesis figures.

    Would it include a green wobbly bit, though...?

    Absolutely seconded, guaranteed buy. I still use the M4/V4 organs and a new set would be very welcome. There should also be some morphs for the organs, for example if the guts lay on a flat surface they should behave appropiately (or would that be possible with dForce?).

    Sorry for bumping but I just logged in to say that I would definitely buy an HD/Genesis 8 friendly brain and internal organs pack (and ideally, in time for Halloween!) and so I figured I would bump this rather than open another one

    I own that! Cool product but it's really showing its age, the textures are pretty low resolution by contemporary standards.

    Not sure if this helps, but I think this is a sister company of Daz who deals with accurate anatomy models.

    Not a sister company, more a daughter - Daz was the Zygote department that made content for Poser, split off into a separate entity. As far as I am aware there has not been any link between them for about two decades.
