Correcting V4 Body Parts

I have a question that I hope has not been discussed before. I was wondering if there is a way to manually fix V4's body parts in Daz Studio 4.5/4.6, similar to Perfect V4? I could buy the product, but I enjoy learning things on my own. Any tutorials or information on how this can be done would be greatly appreciated.

Also. If anyone can lead me to resources on creating my own V4/M4 clothing and accessories as well as adding Morph++ to said clothing, would also be greatly appreciated.
