Working with instructions for saving out v4 textures to .duf format, I am told how to save as a .duf material preset. Then they say to load gen2 and load the material preset I just saved ...but neglect to explain how to load it. Anyone know how?

Just navigate to where you saved them (you do remember, don't you? ;)) and, with G2F selected, double-click the relevant .duf fle.

To toot one's own trumpet a moment, this is issue is one I address in my related tutorial: deviantART or from ShareCG

navigate within what? If I select 'open' it asks if I want to save my work, which tells me its going to close it.

    EDIT

Ok, checking out your tutorial. When the other tutorial i read said to make a folder for the presets, I did so within the 'save as" window and thus it doesnt show up in my content manager. ugh

    OK sorted out! TY
