Hi,
It would be wonderful if these Dynamic clothes could be upgraded to Genesis 8 + dForce

Why, they are already dynamic and basically they behave the same
If you're more comfortable working with DForce than Optitex dynamics, all you have to do is load the clothing without fitting to a figure, pose the figure inside of it, add Dforce modifier, set up an animated pose, drape in Dforce, and then open the Optitex tab and do "freeze simulation" from there.
Okay, I will try it.
oops
If you bought the clothes specifically for this experiment, and it doesn't work out for you, be sure and return them!
@FSMCDesigns
I purchased these products but Dynamic isn't easy to use, it's more difficult to get something good.
I find it works pretty much the same as dforce
For example Michael 6 Swole + Lithe 100%
I would like to add this Poser outfit to the list

If I had that product I would test it for you, but I don't. I have some Optitex dynrmic clothing I use on all figures and for the most part they work fine.
Dynamics never take a pose since they are not rigged. You have to set a time frame animation from zeroed to posed to use them
keep in mind that a lot of the optitex clothing wasn't of the best quality
I just did a test of this M4 dynamic polo https://www.daz3d.com/m4-dynamic-polo-shirt on GM8.
Set up default pose, loaded the shirt, set up a 30 frame timeline animation. At 15 frames I added a running pose and this is the result after the drape
It's wonderful if you're enough skilled or lucky to get something good, in my case dForce works better and is easier to use than Dynamic.
Dynamic Robe + Genesis 8 before Daz Studio crashes
I was just trying to help you out, sorry for your results. Both dforce and dynamics have their limitations and both require similar setups for best results.. Maybe a little luck on my side, but the skill part if just from me using them and learning from the mistakes I have made. I still stand by what I said that dynamics and dforce are very much alike and in absence of a dforce item a dynamic can work just as well.
In case you don't know this, you can make any dynamic (or conforming) outfit work with dforce also. Top of the screen - create - new dforce modifier wieght node. Then select the item again and go to the simulation tab and - dforce - add dforce modifer dynamic surface. Now it will use dforce instead of dynamics to drape
Good luck with your product request.
I did manage to get the pants to work with dforce, but I wasn't as lucky with the jacket. It exploded on me. Even when adjusting the arms to better fit the sleeves, it ripped apart when I tried it with the same pose as I did the pants. Didn't try to weightmap the sleeves, though, so maybe there's a way. PS: I used the timeline to animate the drape.
Okay, thank you for your help !
