Serial number not woeking

in Hexagon Discussion

So I downloaded Hexagon 2.5 with the DIM. But the serial number I have in my account does not work. I keep getting the invalid serial number notification.

Anyone here have any idea how to make Hex work? I can't export or save with the demo mode.

    Copy/paste it from your account page?

     

    Windows? Mac?

    In Install Manager, right-click the "Hexagon 2.5 (OS)" entry in the list (or left-click the right-pointing arrow to the far right of the entry), then click "Show Serial Number..." in the menu to display a message with the serial number and the option to copy it to the clipboard.
