Posing a rigged figure (Never mind - brain finally kicked in)

I just can't get my brain working today. I've rigged a figure but when I pose it just the bounding box moves and the figure snaps to it after I release the slider instead of moving with the bounding box as the slider is moved. I can't for the life of me remember what it is you set so that the figure moves with the bounding box as you adjust the slider.

[edit] HA! Just remembered you have to save and reload or else only the bounding box moves. Better late than never brain.
