try ShareCG, I'm pretty sure there is a freebie there.
If you play around with the colors under the surface settings you can get a good hulk coloration, try changing the Diffuse first, and then tweak the specular, etc. If you are looking for distorted facial characteristics, you can get some of that with morphs, especially if you set them to ignore limits, or use magnets/D-formers, but to get a really good one, you would probably have to find one that someone has already done, or take it into a modeling program yourself.

As to the 2nd.. if you mean Hawkeye, he does. There's a scene in Avengers where he runs out and starts beating the dude with the bow. IIRC he has to run around and grab his previously shot arrows to resupply, or others bring them to him.

I have found that if you combine the skins from my War Orc with some of the morphs from my Freak 4 Character Morphs you will get a really good Hulk. I have a pic someplace and I will try to find it. But I am also partial.
I was just going through your store figuring you had something hiding in one of your headmorph packs that would be perfect for a F4 Hulk.
If you look at the last couple images in Raw's Lords of Battle set you'll see that it also comes with some Hulk possibilities.
As for a less helpful reply, there's a girl at Renderosity who specializes/specialized in african characters. She put out a Hulk freebie.
