Multiple Surfacing

Hi I would like to know how do you re-surface multiple items in DAZ 4.5? Right now I'm working on a picture with a chess board and it's pieces in it and I want to re-surface all the pieces the same color but I want to know how to do that without having to do all the pieces one by one. thank you.

    Hold CTRL and click on individual items in the Scene tab to select multiples. Then, under the surfaces tab, select all of the surfaces you wish to change on those objects. Once that's done, either apply a materials preset or manually edit the settings to your requirement.

    Note that this doesn't apply for some materials scripts since they might require specific surface names to apply their shaders.
