Not Again- Is the Sale Working? Added Featured Item, Sickleyield Store Not Discounting(FIXED)

Is there a thread on this already? Once again, I looked and didnt see one. And no, I don't have a new item in my cart from Sickleyield's store. Don't tell me to clear my cache, log in and out, yada yada. Did all that.
I added the sculptural Genesis featured item, (the promo item, one is required) then in Sickleyield's store, the Easy Shadows product- which is NOT new, and did not get 40% off. No, it's not showing in the cart. Anyone else having this problem?

    This is absolutely ridiculous! Is this a Magneto or Minerva or whatever the server is called's problem? DAZ really needs to get a better server provider; that thing is too buggy.

    This should be fixed for that product. The promotion was built last week when the product was still flagged as "new" as of the 5th of this month, and it looks like the person who was setting all the products were to be excluded based upon what was new end of last week versus what was new starting this week.

    It worked. If anyone is interested, that product will be 5.98 off.
