How to contact a vendor?

edited December 1969 in The Commons

Hello,

I bought a hair prop here that just is not working correctly due to what seems to be missing parameter dials. I would like to contact the vendor to find out if I'm missing something or there's a problem with the product but I cannot find any contact information.

The product is Daria Hair (female) apparently created by people named "SWAM" and "goldtassel".

Thank you in advance.

    use the support system

Help / Contact Us / Submit a Support Ticket and sent to Tech support as the relevant dept.

You can do that, or obviously, ask the question on the forums, which would be quicker. Just be sure your thread title states something along the lines of "question about product x" and you'll usually get help fast.

Are you using DS or Poser? Which version of the app?

I'm using Poser 10. Not sure submitting a support ticket would be appropriate for this.

I'm wondering why this hair prop has no XYZ scaling or positioning dials. These are standard dials found on every figure and prop. Without them its pretty much impossible to make this hair fit any figure other than the few specific ones it has dials for. Its kind of like selling a car with no steering wheel.

They are often hidden. I thought Poser 10 now had an option to show hidden properties?

Dimension 3D has a free script to hide and unhide parameter dials
