Too Glossy

Hi...I'm working on one of my fun projects. I know I have some poke through issues, etc. But two main concerns are:
Reflection in the window - seems really jagged
The Pants - Too glossy?, Too plastic looking
Normally like for the pants I would look under the surfaces tab and try things like changing it from plastic to matte or something like that. But in this case I don't see it.
Any suggestions on improving the look?

Shading Rate will affect reflections much more than direct imaging, so lowering it may help there. Lowering the Specular Strength for the trousers, in the Surfaces pane, may help with that issue though given the bright lights I'm not sure it's that unreasonable as it is.
Thank you sir! I had the Shading Rate up around 2 for test renders. So I lowered it to .2 and then adjusted the Specular Strength for the Trousers. But as you said the lights are bright. (I just get tired of them looking fine for me but darker when I upload or send to someone so this time I made sure there was plenty of light :) )
And lowering the Shading Rate did clear up the reflection image. I'll have to remember that.
I'm with Richard on the brightness of the jeans. I don't think it's that far off as they can be very glossy in real life as well. Take a look at this shot taken in bright sunlight (fully clothed, safe for work):

Oh yeah. Thanks. I see that all the way. You can chock it up to my noobiness and lighting. I've been trying for quite some time now but still feel ignorant.
Sometimes you can get lucky and google what you want and the type of lighting, like for that i did "jeans sunny" or something, and find some images of what the real thing would look like. Of course, you'd have to account for scenery/buildings casting shadows, but the program should throw that in itself.
Thank you! That is a very good idea. I never thought of trying to Google it that way. At least if I can find something I'd have a reference pic to go by.
