I can not Download items whixh I bought , why? (solved)

Now I try to download items from "My accounts >My Downloadable" Products,
It turned message, "Download is currently unavailable. "
I ordered some products and paid money by pay pal .
So why I can not download them?
and My order price on "my orders" is correct, but there are "2 set of items",

OK, now downloder run correctly.
(I do not download yet, but I can see sign by windows to ask me "download it or not")
But on my order information, and My downloadable products,
every items come with 2 set. :-/ ,, but
and "MY cart" did not be initialized, after I confirmed order.
so I deleted many items , manually, one by one.
Is it rare occurrence?
The store has had some problems with completing orders. It appears that this order has completed and you should be able to download the items now.
I have been discussing this with our web team and they believe this problem should be resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know if you have further issues downloading these files.
Sometimes people will add 2 of the same items, but we won't let you purchase 2.

After I confirmed the order, on pay-pal , It seems not to have finished confirm on daz web.
(I feel it is something wrong, but I do not care so . I shut down IE and return my account.)
today I bought many items one time,so I wish I do not need to send new helptickets,
Though the menbers of support team may hate a bundle of "helptickets".
It bother me to send "helpticket,". in english,no,, in " mynglish".

As of 10 minutes ago, I can't download my current mac orders either. So if you wish can pass that on to your "web" team that resolved the problem. Oh yeah, I'll scroll down a 20 or 30 pages and rest the order. My bad.

It seems that once you've bought the goods it becomes a bit of a hit and miss affair as to whether or not you'll actually be able to download and use them.
I enjoy the "business as usual" emails announcing new products, sales, bundles, coupons, etc. and the "thanks for bearing with us" while we figure out a way to get your merchandise to you... DAZ soon. (really, this is getting old).:roll:
I'm not even bothering to read the emails anymore. :-/ It seems a bit pointless taking advantage of great sales? if you can't download the products and use them after buying them.
Moonglow and SLF, it appears to me that adding queries to a thread that says"solved" in the title means that no one will actually pull in to the thread to see that you are still having difficulties. It would be better if you posted to the ongoing Sticky thread about Store issues, or had started a new thread.
We can either split this later convo out into a new thread or merge it into the existing thread, if you wold prefer.
