1. Think jumper and t-shirt look like an old hongyu product for v4 at rendo. No idea on gloves and hoodie, but they are almost certainly from a different outfit.

Without gloves though.

2. 3Dream had a product kind of like that at rendo, I don't know which figures were supported though. Look for something in the first couple pages of 3Dream's store, w/o Mairy co-creating.

yeah, that is a merchants resource. You are expected to use it when creating a character product and creating your own bump or normal maps. It's probably been used on quite a few characters already, even the one in the image.
