superhero suit for genesis 2 not compatible with dson?

i just bought the new superhero suit for genesis 2 but when im trying to load it at poser pro 2014 it doesn't appear anywhere at my libraries...

i have the latest dson for poser and genesis 2 starter pack

i have installed correctly everything...

any ideas?

    The product does not currently come with Poser Companion Files -- you would need to either create them in DS or use the script that's available to load the .duf files directly.

    it loaded blank...i saw a progress bar and then nothing...nothing was imported...

    Is it installed in a runtime listed in Poser?

    Yes..i tried both ways...where i have installed dson items and the regular place for daz items...nothing seems to work correctly...i wish smay can make it poser compatible soon! :(

    Perhaps you should backtrack and explain the process you used to create the files. You may have accidentally done something wrong. The process isn't difficult, but it's pretty easy to get something wrong.

    I've had this problem and just gave up after a week, You need the product to have:

    This product includes:
    1 DSON Core Installer
    1 Poser Companion Files Installer

    Or you out of luck if your a Poser user :(

    I too am having the same problem with the supersuit, I've tried everything, I am going to try to get it to work other wise it will be a waste of money.

    You do know that Daz has a 30 day refund policy. If you purchased it less than 30 days ago you can submit a support request for a refund.

    what file are we supposed to be loading? perhaps you could explain what you did!
