The product does not currently come with Poser Companion Files -- you would need to either create them in DS or use the script that's available to load the .duf files directly.
i would appreciate the most if you could tell me how to use the script and where to find it! thank you in advance!
Sorry, didn't have the link handy. It's here: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/9520/
thank you so much! hope i will make it...
well...it failed to load them...
:(
Was there an error message, or did it load but not work well?
it loaded blank...i saw a progress bar and then nothing...nothing was imported...
Is it installed in a runtime listed in Poser?
Yes..i tried both ways...where i have installed dson items and the regular place for daz items...nothing seems to work correctly...i wish smay can make it poser compatible soon! :(
Perhaps you should backtrack and explain the process you used to create the files. You may have accidentally done something wrong. The process isn't difficult, but it's pretty easy to get something wrong.
I've had this problem and just gave up after a week, You need the product to have:
This product includes:
1 DSON Core Installer
1 Poser Companion Files Installer
Or you out of luck if your a Poser user :(
I too am having the same problem with the supersuit, I've tried everything, I am going to try to get it to work other wise it will be a waste of money.
You do know that Daz has a 30 day refund policy. If you purchased it less than 30 days ago you can submit a support request for a refund.

Sadly I've had it for longer than 30 days
Oddly, it still sounds like you're loading the wrong file.
what file are we supposed to be loading? perhaps you could explain what you did!
