Change skin texture

I need to change the Skin Texture of a character like Leon to the Blue skin sample is this possible

    You can do that in the Surfaces Tab. Not exactly the same but very close. If you have the SSS Shaders pack it comes with a Gummy setting that is almost this example exactly.
