PC Membership Suspended
I have been looking to be billed for my PC Renewal. It expired 6/22/13. I called once and was told by overflow to just wait it will be automatically done. I made sure my credit card and info were on line and up to date. I set it up on DAZ to deduct from it automatically now when I purchase so I know it works. I discovered yesterday from a post in Nuts n Bolts that someone had a similar problem. That is how I found out. After digging around I found this message “Account could not be reactivated. Please call customer support.” I put in a ticket last night and tried to call support today, but of course all I got was the answering service. At one point you could speak to someone. I even called the credit card company to see if DAZ 3D had tried to issue a renewal for the $69 fee. They had no record of it so DAZ never tried. If there was an issue, I should have been e-mailed. But this is, also, within the grace period of 1 month so I should not have been suspended. Before the PC membership expired, I tried to renew manually but couldn't. All other sites such as Cornucopia3d and Rendo allow for that so there isn't a problem.
I do not want to lose the continuity because there might be a product over the next few days I want. I, also, write reviews and tutorials and follow the forums and have a tutorial I continually add to on my website of perpetualvisions.com on using DAZ and integrating it with Vue so I keep up daily and now do not have access to the Members Only forum.
I am posting this here because I am hoping an administrator can help me.

We don't have the ability to do anything about it. You will need to submit a support ticket.
